Jesus Santellanes, 20, of Elburn, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Santos Lopez, 27, of North Aurora, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.
Jose Medina-Mendoza, 22, of Sheridan, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Testa Drive, police said. He was charged with no driver's license. He posted bond.
