Naperville Police Blotter: DUI Arrest After Man Drives Wrong Way on Route 59

DUI Arrest in Wrong Way Driving Incident

Daniel Lee Freese, 33, of Naperville was charged Jan. 11 at 2:39 a.m. with DUI, resisting arrest, and a right-of-way violation. Police said Freese was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Route 59. Police said that when an approaching Naperville police car turned on its lights and tried to intercept Freese, he drove right past the officer.

Two Charged with Fighting

Nathan Rodriguez, 22, of Oswego and Oscar Rodriguez, 42, of Oswego, were charged with fighting on Jan. 11 at 2:34 a.m. at 22 E. Chicago Avenue.

Cannabis Possession

Denzel Jovonte Lindsey, 21, of Oswego, was charged Jan. 10 at 12:57 a.m. with possession of cannabis in the 3200 block of S. Route 59.

Suspended License

Christopher M. Alexander, 32, of Joliet, was charged Jan. 11 at 7:49 p.m. near E. Bailey Road and Naper Boulevard with driving with a suspended license.

DUI

Ryan Paul Piencak, 22, of Sheridan, was charged Jan. 12 at 12:59 a.m. in the 1500 block of Aurora Avenue with DUI.

Suspended License

Dionicio Tochimani, 38, of Sheridan, was charged Jan. 11 at 10:30 p.m. near Brookdale Road and N. Route 59 with driving on a suspended or revoked license.
