Police Charge Naperville Man with Child Porn After 6-Month Investigation

Duane G. Lipinski is being held without bond after being charged with aggravated child pornography.

After a six-month investigation, Naperville police said they have charged a Naperville man with four counts of aggravated child pornography.

Duane G. Lipinski, 44, of the 600 block of Milton Drive, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sgt. Gregg Bell said in a news release Wednesday afternoon.

Police obtained a search warrant after a six-month investigation into child pornography that was being downloaded at Lipinski’s address, Bell said in the release. When police went to execute the search warrant, Lipinski identified himself as the resident of that address.

Bell said a total of three computers were seized during the search. The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office, the High Tech Internet Crimes Unit and the Special Operations Group of the Naperville Police Department participated in the investigation.

Lipinski was charged with four counts of aggravated child pornography, Class 2 felonies. He is being held without bond at the DuPage County Jail.
