Naperville Man Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault
Patrick McGuire, 48, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault of a woman and criminal trespassing.
A 48-year-old Naperville man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a woman.
Patrick E. McGuire, of the 2500 block of Durango, was arrested Monday after he allegedly entered a woman's home and sexually assaulted her, police said.
The alleged incident happened Friday, Sept. 13 around 1 a.m., according to police.

McGuire previously had a relationship with the woman who was not physically injured during the incident, police said.
McGuire was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and criminal trespass to a residence while a person was present.

He was transported to Will County Jail and his bond has not been set at this time.
