WOW... about two thirds of the arrestees have Hispanic surnames or are from other minority groups. What does this mean? Naperville PD is going out of their way to profile or these people are going out of their way to behave outside the boundaries of an orderly society? Nobody forced these people to speed, get their licenses suspended, drive drunk, carry drugs and paraphernalia, not maintain insurance and other specific infractions. Obviously some of these people were doing something that caught the police officers attention that had nothing to do with what they were charged with. I'm also puzzled by the high bond rates. Why some lesser "crimes" are a lower bail than more serious infractions. Before you hit the road tonight.... check that license plate lamp!

Yep and the others are a bunch of redneck hillbillies. All of them look like thugs to me, and I'm glad they are off the streets. Good job NPD!
