Missing Naperville Woman Found Unharmed

A 58-year-old woman who went missing last week was found Wednesday night, police said.

Eileen Piskorek was found in Grundy County last night around 6:50 p.m. by a county deputy near Route 47 and the Illinois River Bridge in Morris, said Naperville police Sgt. Gregg Bell in an email.

She had been reported missing by her family and was last seen about 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23 near the intersection of Route 59 and 95th Street in Naperville.

Police contacted Piskorek's family once she was found and she was then taken to a nearby hospital as a "precaution," Sgt. Bell said.

It is not known if she was alone during the time she was found.
