Memorial Fund Set Up for Slain 5-Year-Old Girl

Fund set up at Naperville Bank & Trust for the family of Olivia Dworakowski, who was tragically killed last week in a Naperville townhouse.

A memorial fund for the family of the 5-year-old Naperville girl who was tragically killed Oct. 30 has been set up at Naperville Bank & Trust, according to Naperville Bank & Trust.

The bank is accepting donations for the fund designed to help provide for the family of Olivia Dworakowski. Anyone wishing to make a donation can stop at any Naperville Bank & Trust location or mail a donation to: Naperville Bank & Trust Olivia Dworakowski Memorial Foundation PO Box 294 Naperville, IL 60566.

Olivia was stabbed to death last week inside a townhouse in the 800 block of Quin Court while 40-year-old Elzbieta Plackowska was babysitting the 5-year-old.

Plackowska was charged with two counts of first-degree murder Oct. 31 after allegedly fatally stabbing both Olivia and Plackowska's 7-year-old son Justin Plackowska.

A candlelight vigil was held Nov. 2 for both Olivia and Justin at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Naperville.

I am curious why a fund wasn't set for Justin Plackowska. I am sure his father needs some help.

Scott and Saint Elizabeth families are supporting them in a variety of ways. SE Naperville is an extremely suuportive and close knit community.. They could not be in a better place. If we could only reverse what has happened... we have to move forward and discover change and meaning in terms of Justin's sacrifice.
