Manhunt Monday: Have You Seen Carlicia Palmer?

Carlicia J. Palmer is wanted out of Chicago on a charge of identity theft.


DuPage County Sheriff John Zaruba’s Manhunt Monday pick of the week is a woman wanted out of Chicago for identity theft.  

This week the sheriff’s office is looking for Carlicia J. Palmer.

The 22-year-old female is wanted on a Class 3 felony charge for identity theft.

Palmer is black, five feet tall, and weighs 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Her last known address was in the 4900 block of Champlain, Chicago.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should contact the DuPage County Sheriff's Office at (630) 407-2400.

“Manhunt Monday” highlights one criminal who is being sought for having outstanding warrants. Sheriff Zaruba reminds the public that these suspects are wanted for criminal charges and need to be apprehended by law enforcement.
