Man Charged With DUI After Allegedly Speeding 124 MPH: Naperville Police Blotter

Friday, Sept. 6

DUI

Robert Jules Wagner, 53, of Elgin, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. near Rickert and Book, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Saturday, Sept. 7

No insurance

  • Eulogio Daniel-Garcia, 54, of Oswego, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. near New York and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 
  • Jaquita M. King, 26, of Oswego, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. near Amersale Drive and North Aurora Road, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted bond. 

Interfering with an officer

William A. Burns, 60, of Elgin, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. in the 1000 block of Sheringham Drive, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer. He posted bond. 

DUI, reckless driving

Konnor William Burns, 24, of Elgin, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. in the 1000 block of Sheringham Drive, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving after allegedly speeding 124 mph in a 45 mph zone, police said. He posted bond. 

DUI

  • Curtis Fredrick Lippold, 24, of Sheridan, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Cody L. Smith, 18, of North Aurora, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. near Naper Boulevard and Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs. He posted bond. 
  • James Michae Oshaughnessy, 49, of Des Plaines, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. near 5th Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

False ID

Brian Patrick Noone, 19, of Yorkville, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. near Chicago and Huffman, police said. He was charged with possession of a false ID card. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Mazen Atassi, 26, of Naperville, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. near Naper Boulevard and Ursuline Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

Sunday, Sept. 8

DUI

Molly Murphy Binder, 23, of Aurora, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 

James Taylor Rowe, 23, of Joliet, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. near North Aurora and Tudor, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Battery

  • Justin M. Ceaser, 24, of Plainfield, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery/bodily harm. He posted bond. 
  • Cory Leann Watts, 34, of Naperville, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. near Redstart Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with battery and transported to DuPage County Jail. 
Warrant

Anthony H. Olvera, 24, of Custer Park, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. in the 400 block of South Main Street, police said. He was charged on a warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Shower fixtures stolen

Shower fixtures were stolen from a home under construction in the 1400 block of Briarwood Drive, police said. 

MacBook stolen

A MacBook Pro was stolen from a home in the 1100 block of Andover Court, police said. 

Burglary while residents sleeping

  • While residents were sleeping, $3,330 worth of electronics were stolen from a home in the 800 block of Cool Creek Court, police said. 
  • Cash, a luxury watch and a car were stolen from a home with the residents were sleeping in the 2000 block of Cobblebrook Lane, police said. 
Bicycle stolen

A purple Dynacraft bicycle was stolen from the 800 block of Woodewind, police said.
