Identity theft

Jeremy Michael Laskewich, 23, of Naperville, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with identity theft. he posted bond. 

Improper use of registration or title

Victor Paniagua-Sanchez, 37, of Yorkville, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. near Hassert Boulevard and Plainfield Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with improper use of registration or title. He posted bond. 

No insurance

Douglas B. Washington, 59, of Sheridan, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. near Diehl Road and North Route 59, police said. he was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 

Assault

Max Cecil Gartner, 65, of Naperville, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue, police said. He was charged with assault. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Jose Hernandez, 30, of Naperville, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Quincy Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

Knife found

A large knife was found in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, police said. 

Theft

  • Two power washers and a compactor were stolen from the bed of a truck in the 400 block of North Avenue, police said. 
  • A wallet was stolen from a shopper at Walmart, police said.
  • Six Echo leaf blowers, five weed trimmers and one edger, all valued at $4,100 were stolen from four landscape trailers in the 1700 block of North Aurora Road, police said.
