Glen Ellyn Man Sues City of Naperville, Police Officer

David Biddle is claiming in a suit filed in federal court that he was falsely arrested over the Memorial Day weekend.

A Glen Ellyn man filed suit Tuesday in federal court against Naperville Police Officer Timothy Curran and the city of Naperville for false arrest and defamation, according to a story in the Naperville Sun.

Briddle, 52, of Glen Ellyn, was released without charges after blowing 0.0 on a Breathalyzer test, according to the Naperville Sun. He was arrested over the Memorial Day weekend. He was fingerprinted and his mug shot was taken, according to the Naperville Sun story.
