Naperville police and 11 FBI agents made four arrests July 25 in Naperville when four women turned themselves in to the Naperville Police Department Thursday night, according to police reports.

Jessica R. White, 21, of Sandwich and Francheska Pulliam Lozier, 25, of Forum Park, Houston, Texas were arrested at 6:11 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said.

Chelsey Danielle Newlon, 21, of Springfield, Missouri, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. and Ruthie Neil Wells, 21, of Shorewood, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said.

The joint investigation was part of Operation Cross Country, a nationwide campaign targeted at combating sex trafficking of children, according to police.

"This enforcement action is being aimed at disrupting the cycle of victimization of children involved in prostitution by getting them off the streets and at developing sufficient evidence to bring serious federal charges against the pimps who are profiting from the sale of children in this way," police said in a release.

Cannabis and money as proceeds of the alleged illegal activity were also recovered, according to police.

White, Wells and Newlon posted bond. Lozier was transported to DuPage County Jail, according to police reports.
