DUI; Theft; Vehicle Spray Painted: Naperville Police Blotter

Naperville Police Department reports, Oct. 21

Monday, Oct. 21

Theft

Jeffery M. Holmes, 32, of Naperville was arrested at 1 p.m. in the 2600 block of South California Avenue, police said. He was charged with theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Battery 

Wesley A. Tolle, 31, of Oswego, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. in the 800 block of Tappingo Drive, police said. He was charged with battery/bodily harm. He posted bond. 

DUI

Osbaldo Martinez-Mares, 21, of Oswego, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. near Cantore Road and Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Theft

  • A SLDR driver, valued at $399, was stolen from the 1900 block of Glacier Park Avenue, police said. 
  • A TV was stolen from the 2700 block of Showplace Drive, police said. 
  • A New Holland C238 compact track loader was stolen from a construction site in the 2500 block of West 75th Street, police said. 
  • A wallet was stolen from a secured locker in the 1800 block of Freedom Drive, police said. 

Vehicle damaged

A vehicle's bumper was spray painted in the 900 block of Watercross Drive, police said.
