Retail theft

Janelle Cahue, 23, of St. Charles, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with retail theft. She posted bond. 

DUI

  • Gary W. Magnusson, 59, of Sheridan, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. near Quincy and Ogden, polie said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Melisa Yvette Raketic, 41, of Yorkville, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. in the 3700 block of 111th Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Jonathon Antonio Franco, 21, of Elburn, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. near Sunset Drive and Hillside Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.  

Warrant

Jimmy Payton, 64, of Joliet, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond. 

No insurance

Filadelfa Flores-Rivera, 31, of Montgomery, was arrested at 5:49 a.m. near Shore and Diehl, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 

Knowingly damaging property

Anthony L. McDaniel, 24, of Naperville, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. in the 2500 block of Versailles Avenue, police said. He was charged with knowingly damaging property. He posted bond. 

No license

Jose Martinez Zarco, 29, of North Aurora, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. near East Ogden and Naperville Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with no driver's license. He posted bond. 

Stolen catalytic converter

  • A catalytic converter was stolen from a Pontiac Sunfire in the 1800 block of Freedom Drive, police said. 
  • Catalytic converter was cut from a vehicle's exhaust in the 1000 block of East Warrenville Road, police said.
