Naperville DUI Arrests, Nov. 11

Mark Hamilton Debroeck, 22, of the 0-99 block of Bunting Lane, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. in the 0-99 block of South Naper Boulevard, the Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and failure to yield to private road or drive. His bail was $3,000.

Thomas Eugene Pierce, 47, of the 200 block of Bedford Road in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. near 111th Street and 248th Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. His bail was $3,000.

Brandon Steve Lapierre, 22 of the 2400 block of Warwick Court in Aurora, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. near Cantore Road and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, no rear registration plate and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was $3,000.

• Andrew Marcel Johnson, 27, of the 200 block of Wimbledon Court in Lake Bluff, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. in the 2800 block of Patriots Lane, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Paul Anthony Trotto, 22, of the 900 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Bunting Lane, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, driving the wrong way, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, no front/rear plate/permit display and no insurance. His bail was $3,000.
• Kayla Marley Budd, 18, of the 300 block of Pearson Circle, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of driving under the influence of drugs, driving with only one headlamp, improper turn at intersection, possession of liquor by a minor and consumption of liquor by a minor. Her bail was $3,000.
• Richard J.R. Ortiz, 23, of the 200 block of Hickory Street in North Aurora, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. in the 800 block of North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and improper lane usage. His bail was $3,000.

Sean Martin Tully, 31, of the 14800 block of Ridgewood Drive in Oak Forest, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. near Bell Drive and 75th Street, police said. He was charged with registration expiration, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
