Credit Card Fraud, Pricey Bracelets Stolen, Cleaned Out Wallet: Police Blotter

Monday, May 13

Warrant

Dexter Rhett Milligan, 29, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged on a warrant and released to another agency. 

Credit card fraud

  • Quishana Shaniece Hines, 26, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. in the 0-99 block of South Main Street, police said. She was charged with credit card fraud. She posted bond. 
  • Dewayne Carr, 40, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. near Jefferson Avenue and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with credit card fraud. He posted bond. 

No insurance

Samuel Pacindobadillo, 30, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. near 75th Street and Fort Hill Drive, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond.

Suspended/revoked license

Todd Anthony Dulaney, 29, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. near Gowdey Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

Key chain found

A Toyota key chain was turned into the Naperville Police Department, police said. 

Suspicious incident

Two suspicious people were reported seen near a vacant office building in the 2700 block of Forgue Drive, police said. 

Flag, campaign signs stolen

An unlocked enclosed porch was entered and an American flag and a political campaign sign was stolen in the 100 block of North Mill Street, police said. 

Bracelets stolen

Two gold bracelets left inside a vehicle while it was being worked on at a car dealership were stolen in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. The bracelets were valued at $3,500. 

Cleaned out wallet

Someone believed that their cleaning person was stealing money in the 1300 block of Soper Court, police said. They counted their money before the cleaning person arrived and later discovered that $120 was missing. Once the cleaning person was confronted, she returned the money. 

Lost cat

A lost cat was reported in the 2700 block of Skylane Drive, police said. 

Screen pried

A screen appeared to be pried from its track in the 400 block of Iroquois Avenue, police said. 

Graffiti

Graffiti was found on an electrical box near Wehrli Road and Ranchview Drive, police said. 

Wood, tile stolen

A large amount of unfinished oak wood and ceramic tile was taken in the 4000 block of Teak Circle, police said. 

Vehicle damaged

A vehicle's windows were smashed and tires were slashed in the 700 block of Inland Circle, police said.
