Prosecutors allege some images included 'very young' children.
When Naperville P on child pornography charges last month, they found images and videos of "very young" children engaged in sex acts, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Assistant State's Attorney Jae Kwan offered those details as he argued against a bond reduction request by Brown before DuPage County Circuit Judge Daniel Guerin. Kwan also said Brown admitted to that the images, some involving children possibly as young as 3, were child pornography.
Kwan asked Guerin to uphold the $250,000 bail because of the "nature of these charges and that (Brown) was fully aware of what he was doing."

Brown's attorney, Michael Krejci, countered that his client is a "19-year-old kid naive to the law and consequences." Guerin reduced Brown's bail to $100,000 and barred him from any computer use or unsupervised contact with minors while awaiting trial.
He was initially arrested at his home Jan. 19 and has pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated child pornography. Charges stem from a December investigation, police have said.
