Aggravated battery to peace officer

Robert B. Hudetz, 50, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 400 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Possession of cannabis

• Samantha Haley Janisse, 22, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. near Washington Street and Osler Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.
• Nathan Randall Perry, 24, was arrested at 8:19 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Feldott Lane, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.
• Hyapatia Joelynn Overturf, 18, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. in the 800 block of North Mill street, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis. She posted bond.
• Sirkevin Martett Brown, 19, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Mill Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis greater than 2.5 grams and less than 10 grams. He was transported to DuPage County Jail. 

DUI

• Katrina Colleen Moore, 31, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Iroquois Avenue, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to DuPage County Jail.
• Patrick D. Kane, 23, was arrested at 10:07 a.m. in the 1400 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.

Retail theft

• Jonathan Cortes Ocotoxtle, 21, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond.
• Cesar Soto, 19, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond.
• Nikko Alexander Tooley, 20, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond.

Purse stolen

A purse containing credit cards, gift cards and money was stolen in the 1100 block of Johnson Drive, police said.

Window broken

A vehicle's window was broken near Sheehan Drive and Vernal Lane, police said. 

Stolen shoes

Shoes were stolen from Plato's Closet in the 500 block of South Route 59, police said. 

Debit cards stolen

• A debit card and gift card were stolen from a wallet at a fitness center in the 2700 block of Fitness Drive, police said. 
• A debit card, $3 and a driver's license was stolen from a purse in a bar in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.

Credit card theft

An online purchase from Walmart was made from a credit card issued to the fire department in the 400 block of South Eagle Street, police said.

Wallet found

A wallet was found in the 3100 block of 111th Street, police said.
