6 DUI Arrests; Lewd Exposure; Theft: Naperville Police Blotter

Friday, Oct. 18

Theft

Cuahutemoc Chavez, 35, Elgin, was arrested at 9:54 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with theft. He posted bond. 

Knowingly damaging property

Michael James Thompson, 43, of Oswego, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. in the 700 block of Royal Saint George, police said. He was charged with knowingly damaging property. He posted bond. 

Warrant

Christopher Thomas Merkes, 22, of North Aurora, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. in the 1300 block of Branchwood Circle, police said. He was charged on a warrant. 

DUI

• Pedro Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 53, of Carol Stream, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. near Diehl Road and Raymond Drive, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.
• Andrew Francis Czernicki, 28, of Montgomery, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and North Mill Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.  

Suspended/revoked license

Ross Allen Panzke, 45, of Elburn, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. in the 1700 block of Freedom Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.

Possession of cannabis

• Sergio Mendoza, 23, of Oswego, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. near Route 59 and McCoy Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 
• Kyle Nathan Wolseley, 26, of Oswego, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. near Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 

Criminal trespassing to vehicle

Quinton D. Johnson, 23, of Custer Park, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. in the 100 block of South Main Street, police said. He was charged with criminal trespassing to a vehicle. He posted bond. 

DUI

• Jason D. Arges, 29, of Oswego, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. near Deering Bay Drive and 95th Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
• Miguel Hernandez, 39, of Glendale Heights, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. near Washington Street and East Bailey Road, police said. He was charged with aggravated driving under the influence. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
