4 Charged in Connection with Naperville Vehicle Burglaries

Police have charged four in connection with burglaries to motor vehicles this weekend.

Police have charged four in connection with burglaries to motor vehicles this weekend. 

Anatoliy Kulagin, 76, of the 300 block of West Ogden Avenue, was arrested Friday around 7:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mill Street after allegedly attempting to enter cars in a parking lot, police said. 

Kulagin was charged with attempted theft and attempted criminal trespass to motor vehicles, according to police.

In a separate incident on Sunday at 12:45 a.m., officers responded to a report of burglary to vehicles in the 1300 block of Crab Apple Court.

After investigating, police discovered that five vehicles had been broken into.

Darious D. Parnell, 18, of the 2900 block of Burlington in Lisle as well as two juveniles were charged with burglary to a motor vehicle, according to police.
