3 DUI Arrests; Possession of Cannabis: Naperville Police Blotter

Friday, Dec. 6

Disorderly conduct

Kierre D. Allen, 21, of Oswego, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. in the 25W 400 block of Burlington avenue, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Leaving scene of an accident

Melanie M. Tagliere, 33, of Plainfield, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. near Route 59 and North Aurora Road, police said. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. She posted bond. 

Warrant

Phillip Kenneth Heade, 52, of Oswego, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. in the 500 block of Fessler Avenue, police said. He was charged on a warrant and released to another agency. 

Saturday, Dec. 7

Battery

Shaun Donald Springer, 21, of Oswego, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery and transported to DuPage County jail. 

DUI

• Cristina Helena Martinez, 34, of Naperville, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. near Gartner Road and south Washington Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 
• Omar Ceja-Ramirez, 28, of Orland Park, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. near Springhill Circle and Needham road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
• Ruby Luna, 24, of Naperville, was arrested at 6:47 a.m. near Washington street and East Warrenville Road, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 

Sunday, Dec. 8 

Battery

• Eric Michael Hurley, 21, of Naperville, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery. He posted bond. 
• Mary Ann Erwin, 47, of Plainfield, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. in the 1100 block of Raymond Drive, police said. She was charged with battery. She posted bond. 

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Robert Parker Altergott, 24, of Oswego, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. near Ace Lane and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Possession of cannabis

Julian Peter Pecoraro, 18, of Orland Park, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. in the 900 block of Dakota Circle, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 

Home entered

The back door of a home was pried open, but nothing was reported taken in the 2400 block f Cimarron Court, police said.
