Obituary: Mario St. Victor, 46, Remembered

Mario St. Victor, age 46 of Aurora, IL formerly of Evanston, IL, peacefully passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his family after a short courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born July 11, 1967 in Port au Prince, Haiti, to the loving parents, Rodrigue and Immacula St. Victor.

Beloved husband of Natasha St. Victor, nee Pierro, wedded on June 29, 2002.  Adoring father of Ashton J. and Gavin M. St. Victor. Dearest son-in-law of Dennis (the late Pamela) Pierro. Caring brother of Alex (Antonia) St. Victor and Rony St. Victor.  Dearest brother-in-law of Justin (Tammy) Pierro. Loving uncle of Alex, Matthew, Nicholas, William, and Jacob.

Wonderful friend of many friends he considered family, Mario was an amazing proud man, his huge friendly smile was always on his face. Mario had a way of seeing the positive in everyone and every situation.

His boys were his driving force, the adoration he has for Ashton and Gavin will forever remain. His favorite times were hanging out at the lake with family and friends and traveling with his wife and family, from Vegas to Venice, he enjoyed getaways that took him away to focus on the alone time with the family. His respect and caring for all was evident in his every day.

He was a 27 year Dominick’s employee, well respected at his job by not only his coworkers but by his customers as well, who he knew by name and cared for as friends. Mario will be missed.

Mario’s memories will always remain, but they cannot fill the void that is missing with his presence. May Mario Forever Rest in Peace.
