Élan Dance Company to Perform at Naperville SCARE-illon Concert Oct. 27

Élan Dance Company will perform at the SCARE-illon from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27 in Naperville.

On Saturday, Oct. 27, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., the SCARE-illon concert returns to Naperville as one of the community's unique Halloween celebrations, free and open to the public. This year's special guests are dancers from Élan Dance Company, who will dance to the live music of the SCARE-illon as part of their performance. Naperville City Carillonneur Tim Sleep will play both classical and popular Halloween-themed music, including selections from Phantom of the Opera, Harry Potter, and others.

Élan Dance Company is a program of the Naperville Park District and is partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.

In keeping with the Halloween theme, the Naperville Park District will be handing out treats to trick-or-treaters at the event.

The SCARE-illon, also known as the Millennium Carillon, is located at the base of Rotary Hill at 443 W. Aurora Ave. The audience is encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs and may view a live video feed from the playing cabin to a large monitor on the plaza in front of the tower. Parking is available in the parking lot on Aurora Ave., at Centennial Beach at 500 W. Jackson Ave., or at the Naperville Municipal Center at 400 S. Eagle St.
