Malman Law is Partnering with Nikki’s Foundation, PADD

Learn more about Malman Law's efforts to support Nikki's Foundation, PADD, a New Jersey based non-profit organization who is dedicated to ending distracting driving on an international scale.

Malman Law and its team of associates are partnering with Nikki’s Foundation, PADD, a non-profit, New Jersey based organization who is dedicated to ending distracted driving on an international scale. PADD was founded after the tragic death of Nikki Kelleyni, an 18 year old teenager who died after being involved in a distracted driving accident. Since the foundation began, the organization has already passed Nikki’s Law in New Jersey. Nikki’s Law was signed into law in New Jersey by New Jersey Governor Christie on August 14, 2013. The law requires the New Jersey transportation department to create signs on state roadway electronic boards warning of the dangers of distracted driving and reminding drivers that texting while driving carries stiff criminal penalties in New Jersey.

To support PADD and their efforts, Malman Law is launching the campaign, “Pledge to Ditch Distracted Driving,” on our campaign site. For every pledge that is taken not to drive while distracted, Malman Law will donate $1 to the PADD organization to support their ongoing efforts. To keep up to date with our campaign, like us on Facebook and follow our Twitter page today! To become your own advocate against distracted driving, share our campaign with your local community members, friends and family.
