Steeple Run Elementary School Used Band Instrument Sale

Steeple Run Elementary School's Annual Band Instrument Sale benefits both sellers and buyers by providing the opportunity to purchase or sell used or new band/orchestra instruments in playing condition. The seller will receive 75% and Steeple Run Home & School 25% of the selling price. Sellers can set their own prices, and experienced band directors will also be on hand to help prospective buyers choose an instrument. Sequential numbers will be handed out for prospective buyers beginning at 5:30 PM the night of the sale, and we will admit buyers to the sale based on their number. Anyone is welcome to participate in this event as a buyer, seller, or volunteer. This sale is open to the public and you do not need to have a child at this school. Steeple Run is in Naperville District 203 and includes many students from both Lisle and Naperville who benefit from the proceeds. Below are the scheduled dates and times for the sale to be held at Steeple Run Elementary School, 6S151 Steeple Run Drive (One Block East of Naper Blvd, One Block North of Maple) in Naperville.

Seller Sign Up: Tuesday, May 31 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Wednesday, May 31 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Instrument Sale: Wednesday, June 1 from 6:00 to 7:30

Seller Check/Instrument Pick Up: Wednesday, June 1 from 7:30 to 8:00

General sales information is here. Information for buyers is here. Information for sellers is here. And historical sales information is available here.

Information on the instruments offered this year will be updated here on Tuesday night, May 31, but it will only be a partial list, as more instruments will arrive just prior to the sale on the 1st. We will probably not be able to update the full list of instruments this year online prior to the sale, but will have the list available at the school just before the sale starts. Please come by if you are interested in buying an instrument! We usually have 30 to 60 instruments available.
