An Operation Welcome You Home staging and motorcade for U.S. Army Spc. James Hackemer for his return from Afghanistan will take place at Fischer Middle School.
The staging will take place at 2:15 p.m., with a briefing at 2:30 p.m. A motorcade will form to surprise Hackemer at his family home close by.
