Operation Welcome You Home will welcome home U.S. Marine Robert Border at two events Feb. 4.
The first event staging will take place at 2 p.m. at Compass Church, followed by a briefing at 2:15 p.m.
A motorcade will surprise Border at his family's home and escort him to a party in his honor at Judd Kendall VFW Post 3873.

The staging for the second welcome event will take place at 2:30 p.m. at the VFW Post, followed by a briefing at 2:45 p.m.
