Some of the most fantastic getaways and delicious meals imaginable will go to top bidders, November 14th at Bolingbrook Golf Club. It’s time once again for the Suburban Signature Chefs Auction, presented by Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, benefitting the Northeast Illinois Division of the March of Dimes.
The festivities get underway at 6:00 that evening with a one-hour cocktail and food sampling reception, during which chefs from places like Bolingbrook Golf Club, Ashbury’s at Boughton Ridge, Gordon Biersch Restaurant and Brewery, Meson Sabika, Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant, Mago Grill and Cantina, Dancing Marlin, Two Brothers Tap House, Pinstripes, McQ’s, Hollywood Casino of Joliet, Joliet Junior College of Culinary Arts, Harrah’s Casino Reserve Steakhouse, and Andy’s Frozen Custard will be on duty answering questions from diners regarding their featured delicacies.
During the auction that follows, a number of dining events featuring the creative touches of our participating culinary geniuses will go under the gavel. Patrons can also peruse the silent auction tables for special items to bid on, including: sporting events, spa treatments - even passes to Disney World.

Funds raised support the March of Dimes “Saving babies, together” campaign - a nationwide initiative to reduce low birth weight, infant mortality and prematurity. The campaign supports programs of community service, advocacy, research, and education to help ensure a healthy start in life for every baby.
