Stroller Strides- First Class Free

Attention all Naperville mamas! Have you tried Stroller
Strides yet?

Now is the perfect time to check it out, because starting
May 1st, class will be held outdoors at the beautiful Naperville Riverwalk!

Wondering what it’s all about? Stroller Strides is a total
fitness program that moms can do with their children along for the ride in a
stroller. It includes cardio bursts and intervals of strength and body toning
exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by
certified and specially trained fitness instructors (who are also moms), it is
a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave
songs and activities into the routine to entertain and engage kiddos, so moms
can focus on their 60-minute workout.
