Celebrate
all things pumpkin during The Growing Place’s 3rd Annual Pumpkin
Palooza at their Aurora location on Montgomery Road. Visitors can experience
pumpkin decorating, puzzles, games, pumpkin tossing, a pumpkin derby and more.
Take a picture with a pumpkin and create a special memory. Feast on hot dogs and Dick’s Mini Donuts and browse special sales.
The Growing Place has found
a creative way to raise money for some worthy causes. They have purchased four
giant pumpkins and employee artists from each department will compete for votes
to win a donation for their pumpkin’s charity. The giant decorated pumpkins
will be unveiled on Saturday, October 5th at 10:00 am.
Visitors are encouraged to
vote for their favorite pumpkin throughout the month of October. Donations for all the charities will be accepted. We will
match any donation placed at The Growing Place for the winning decorated
pumpkin (up to $500). The pumpkin with the most votes will win! Visit and vote
often!

is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children
hungry in body and spirit.
At the
end of October folks may purchase one of these special pumpkins for a unique Halloween display with a donation of $500 to its charity. The Growing Place
will deliver the pumpkin of your choice before your Halloween party and pick it
