Midwest Fit Club's - Big Push-Ups for Little Friends

Big Push-Ups for Little Friends is a 24-hour push-up fundraising challenge sponsored by Midwest Fit Club (MFC) benefiting Little Friends of Naperville, a non-profit organization serving children and adults with autism and other developmental diabilities.  For every push-up completed, Midwest Fit Club will donate $0.05 to Little Friends up to $2,500.

The Push-Up Challenge is on a per team basis including up to 17 participants and one group leader per team.  One team member will do as many push-ups as they can, up to 10, before the next team member takes over allowing for approximately 2 to 3 minutes rest between sets.  Participants may do regular or modified push-ups during this event.

This is a wonderful opportunity for MFC members, the community, family and friends to band together to accomplish a group mission that is very unique.  We plan on creating a very supportive atmosphere to encourage everyone to do their best in hopes of attaining our goal!
