Rock Bottom to Benefit Naperville's Loaves & Fishes Nov. 13th

Rock Bottom Brewery located at 28256 Diehl Road in Warrenville will benefit Naperville’s Loaves & Fishes during their Winter Tartan tapping party Tuesday, Nov. 13th! The Winter Tartan Scottish Ale is a traditional Scottish ale with a smooth malty flavor and a hint of Vanilla, sure to warm you throughout the winter season! Rock Bottom will also be launching their winter menu, with mouthwatering selections like Crispy Panko Shrimp, New Mexico Ahi Salad, and Chicken Chorizo Mac ’N Cheese, and more!


The tapping benefits Loaves and Fishes of Naperville to help with the HOPE (Help Other People Eat) Drive! The evening of the tapping Rock Bottom will be donating 10% of all food sales to Loaves and Fishes as well as having a 50/50 raffle as well as hosting a food drive and collecting non-perishable items from now until December 16th. Visitors are encouraged to donate items from the following list of items that are in need to feed the families for the 2012 Holiday season:

  • 1-3lb (non-refrigerated) canned hams

  • Egg noodles or rice

  • Boxed/Instant potatoes

  • Boxed or bagged stuffing

  • Canned yams or sweet potatoes

  • Canned gravy or broth

  • Grocery store gift certificates

  • Canned fruit or applesauce

  • Canned green beans and corn

  • Cream of mushroom soup

  • Canned Pumpkin

  • Cranberry sauce

  • Jell-O and pudding mixes

  • Brownie mix or pie filling
