Assistance Filling Out the FAFSA Form

Representatives from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) will assist parents and teens in filling out their FAFSA forms online. You must bring your completed 2011 or 2012 tax forms including W-2 forms to complete your FAFSA online during this session. Please also bring parents and student social security cards, driver's licenses, and current investment information. This program is intended for 12th graders and their families who have or are applying to college.
