Members of the Cress Creek Garden Club are in the midst of their annual Luminaria Sale.
This fundraising initiative is one of three that helps the club provide thousands of dollars yearly in student scholarships.
Each "Luminary Kit" has 5 bags and 5 long burning plumber candles. The kits sell for $6.00 each and information to contact the club to purchase Luminaria kits can be found on the club's website of Cresscreekgardenclub.org.
The Luminaria tradition (lighting them on Christmas Eve) has continued for 38 years in the Cress Creek subdivision. Start a new tradition in your neighborhood with the purchase of a kit for yourself and one for your neighbor.
