The 11th annual Breathe Deep Naperville: A Walk & Rally to Stop Lung Cancer will take place on Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Riverwalk’s Grand Pavilion, 500 W. Jackson, Naperville. Check- in begins at 9 a.m., and the walk steps off at 10:15 a.m. It’s a leisurely 3/4-mile or 1.5-mile walk which is friendly to strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles and pets. It will take place rain or shine.
The walk is free, but a donation of $20 per person is suggested. All participants who raise $50 or more before event day will receive a t-shirt. Proceeds benefit LUNGevity, a Chicago not-for-profit organization whose mission is to find a cure. Visit: http://www.lungevity.org/naperville.
