Identity Theft, Possession of Cannabis, License Plates Stolen: Police Blotter

Identity theft

  • Dolisa T. Scott, 35, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with identity theft. She posted bond.
  • John Edward Conrad, 59, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. in the 500 block of South 8th Street, police said. He was charged with identity theft. He posted bond. 

Possession of cannabis

  • Luis Alberto Delatorre, 31, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. near Ewing Street and West Van Buren Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.
  • Annajeanne Amanda Dewey, 25, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. near Ewing Street and West Van Buren Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis. She posted bond. 
Theft

Latisha Chenell Fisher, 38, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. near Naper Boulevard and East 75th Street, police said. She was charged with theft. She posted bond. 

Interfering with an officer

Alexander Fredrick Cizek, 21, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. near Conan Doyle Road and Spenser Court, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer. He posted bond. 

No insurance

David Roberto Rivas, 41, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. near North Aurora Road and Tudor Drive, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and released to another agency. 

Theft of labor/services

  • Carla Ann Mooney, 49, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Gartner Road, police said. She was charged with theft of labor/services. She posted bond. 
  • Jeffrey Scott Peterson, 54, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Gartner Road, police said. He was charged with theft of labor/services. He posted bond.
Theft

  • $21 was stolen from a locker at the 95th Street YMCA, police said.
  • Items were stolen from a YMCA locker in the 2100 block of 95h Street, police said. 
Stolen license plates

License plates were stolen from a vehicle in the 1600 block of Brookdale Road, police said. 

Door shattered, money stolen

A front door was shattered and $150 was stolen out of cash registers in the 5000 block of Ace Lane, police said.
