Chicago Motor Cars Loses in Federal Court Trying to Keep a Buyer Quiet.

Chicago Motor Cars tries to take a man's First Amendment rights away. Buyer exposes Chicago Motor Cars on their false advertising and or fraud of several cars they have sold. Customer fights back and wins in Federal court making the dealership admit that have commited these acts againts their customers.

This website is dedicated to my victory in the case Chicago Motor Cars v Bates and to consumers rights under the First Amendment to criticize and expose companies that engage in false advertising like Chicago Motor Cars. Chicago Motor Cars tried to get a permanent injunction forcing this website down by filing a false affidavit in Chicago's Federal Court claiming they had never been sued for false advertising or fraud. Chicago Motor Cars had to dismiss their lawsuit with prejudice to settle my sanctions claim which had exposed their lies, perjury and false affidavit. This website is still here and proves I won the lawsuit. It will remain here as a monument to the First Amendment.
