June Is Leave No Child Inside Month

The Chicago Wilderness Alliance promotes June as Leave No Child Inside month. Families are encouraged to attend some free outside activities.

After being inside all school year, the summer is time for the kids to be active and get outside.

The Chicago Wilderness Alliance is offering a series of free families events to encourage families to get outside and be active. These events encourage children's sense of wonder and appreciation for nature. Also, these events are designed for families to enjoy together.
