This rave is long overdue!

Cress Creek Automotive has been servicing my vehicles for the last 16 years. They are reliable, honest, and courteous.

Last year when my 75-year-old mother was told by a local dealer that she needed a new transmission and other ancillary work, I encouraged her to bring her car to Cress Creek Automotive for a second opinion. I was suspicious of the quote from the dealer as there was no transmission fluid on the floor in the garage and the fluid was full and seemed clean indicating there was no internal breakdown in the transmission.

Cress Creek Automotive did a thorough free inspection. And sure enough, the transmission was fine. They said I could keep checking the fluid level and clarity over the coming weeks to give my mom some piece of mind – but that they saw nothing wrong with the transmission or any of the other items that were noted in the outrageous estimate from the dealer.

Sure enough, the transmission, fluid levels and clarity have been fine ever since.

Most recently I had a flat tire on my car. I was not sure if bought a new set of tires from them or not.

When I called to inquire, they told me the new tires I purchased from them were for my other car – but they offered to lend me their tank of compressed air so I could inflate the tire and take it to the tire center where I purchased the tires so the tire could be repaired under the warranty.

They are absolutely the best!!!
