Voting underway in Comcast's Battle of the Fans 'Football Final' Competition

Vote today for the best student section to appear on CN100 during the 2012 prep football season.

The 2012 high school football season might be over, but the action in the stands lives on as Comcast kicks off its Battle of the Fans Football Final competition.

Eight student sections were selected based on their energy and enthusiasm during appearances on the CN100 Game of the Week this season. Each school is now one step away from being crowned Battle of the Fans Football Final Champion and receiving a special Battle of the Fans banner to display proudly as a testament to its school spirit

Here are the eight schools with student sections competing for the title:

  • Carmel Catholic High School – Crazy Corsairs
  • Glenbard West High School – Castle Crazies
  • Lake Forest High School – Scout Nation
  • Lincoln Way East High School – Super Fans
  • Nazareth Academy – Freddie’s Fanatics
  • Neuqua Valley High School – Gold Rush
  • Palatine High School – The Squad
  • Providence Catholic High School – Celtic Nation

Voting runs from Jan. 28 to Feb. 10 at www.cn100.tv. Standings updates will be available on the Web site and also on Facebook at www.facebook.com/battleofthefans.
