La Petite Academy in Oswego is hiring Full-Time Lead Infant, Toddler and Early Preschool Teachers as our classrooms are growing.  If you like to work with young children and meet IL DCFS qualifications to be a leader teacher – come find out how to join our team.  All candidates must meet IL DCFS teacher qualifications to be hired.  We prefer a Bachelors in ECE or Education but will also consider those candidates that have their CDA, or 30 college credits with one year experience, or 60 college credits.  Lead Teachers must focus on keeping the classroom on pace with the daily schedule while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
