Cassioppi Nominated for Third Vice President of the DuPage County Bar Association

Naperville attorney, Gerald Cassioppi, Managing Partner with Nyberg & Cassioppi, LLC has been named as the sole nominee for the position of Third Vice President of the DuPage County Bar Association, to ascend to DCBA President in 2017.

 Chartered on February 1, 1879, the DCBA is the largest county bar association in Illinois with approximately 2,600 members of attorneys, judges and other legal community members.  The DCBA ranks prominently in Illinois with a long history of commendations for its programs and operations, including educational seminars, community service and social functions.

 Gerry concentrates his practice in business and transactional work, regularly representing businesses in commercial negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, and corporate governance matters. He is currently a DCBA Board member, previously served as the DCBA’s General Counsel and is a past winner of the DCBA Lawyer of the Year. Gerry is also the current Chair of the DuPage County Ethics Commission, and previously served on the Naperville School District 203 Board and Transportation Advisory Board.  

 Along with their two sons, Gerry and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Naperville, where they have been very active in a number of community not-for-profits and activities.
