Tellabs' CEO Rob Pullen has died after his battle with cancer, the company's Chairman Michael Birck announced in a letter to stockholders, employees, clients and others Monday.
Pullen succumbed to cancer Monday, Birck said in the announcement. He is survived by his wife Dawn and his children Brittany and Brendan.
Tellabs' acting president and CEO Dan Kelly continues to lead the company, Birck said in the announcement.
Tellabs works with global communications service providers helping them meet mobile, optical, business and services solutions.
