Naperville Home Sales Down Slightly in October Compared to 2012
The median price of Naperville homes also increased slightly year over year.
The 112 single, detached homes sold in Naperville during October 2013 represented a 5.9 percent decrease from October 2012, when 119 homes were sold, according to the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe).
There were 135 homes sold in Naperville during September.
Meanwhile, the median home sales price increased in Naperville during October. The median price went up 11.2 percent to $422,500 from $380,000 in October 2012, according to the statistics.

Among the 59 Patch communities surveyed, the number of homes sold increased 12.4 percent, higher than the 9.6 percent increase seen across the estimated 200 Chicago suburbs MORe tracks. The median sales price across all suburbs rose by about 19 percent, while the price increased 11.6 percent in Patch communities.
