Naperville Chamber of Commerce Invites Community on Trip to China

Travelers will visit cities like Beijing and Shanghai while immersing themselves in Chinese culture.

The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting members of the community to join them on a VIP Delegation trip to China in 2013.

Travelers will visit Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou and tour seven of the top 10 tourist attractions in China, immerse themselves in Chinese culture, and experience both personal and business opportunities.

An informational meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27 at the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce office, 55 S. Main St., Suite 351 in the Main Street Promenade.

The trip departs on Oct. 9, but registration and payment must occur prior to June 15 to secure the group pricing. The all-inclusive price of $2,599 includes international and domestic airfare, four and five-star hotel accommodations, three meals a day and all your entry fees.

“I have been on this exact trip three times already and I am thrilled to bring other professionals with us in 2013” said Mike Evans, president and CEO for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce in a statement. “It is a surreal experience that both the personal traveler and the entrepreneur will enjoy.”  

In addition to the tourism opportunities, a variety of business related offerings will be presented as an option for those who are interested. Included are a series of formal dinners with high ranking government and business officials from China.
