iFly Opens in Naperville

Are you seeking more adventure in your life?

Then, the new iFLY indoor sky-diving facility in Naperville, which opened earlier this month, might be worth a visit.

The center, located at 1752 Freedom Drive, joined a "growing hotel, restaurant and entertainment district on Naperville's north side," according to the Daily Herald.

Nearby, construction continues on the Freedom Plaza development, which will include the addition of an Embassy Suites and new restaurants by early next year, according to the article.

For $69.95, visitors to iFLY in Naperville receive a training class, equipment rental and two "flights" for one person, according to the iFly website.

iFLY simulates the free fall conditions of outdoor skydiving.

"iFLY’s vertical wind tunnel generates 1600 horse power from 4 powerful fans, creating a wall-to-wall cushion of air on which you can safely float," according to the iFLY website. "There’s no parachute, no jumping, and nothing attaching you to planet Earth."
