Toasting for a Cause

A gourmet dinner paired with five exquisite wines awaits attendees at Naperville CARES’s seventh annual Toasting for a Cause.

Guests will enjoy complimentary champagne as they arrive, and then be seated for a five course meal consisting of dishes including a first course of fennel dusted sea scallops with edamame puree and grilled white asparagus, a second course salad of duck confit, radicchio, roasted beet, charred endive, arugula and pink peppercorn goat cheese, a third course of caramelized onion and wild mushrooms, toasted pine nuts, shaved Gruyere and Buerre Rouge, a fourth course of filet mignon served with whipped sweet potatoes and braised collard greens and a fifth course of panna cotta with blueberry compote and a macaroon. Each course will be expertly paired with a wine from Justin Vineyards & Winery.
