Comcast Adding 170 Jobs in Naperville for New Business Center

Comcast plans to hire nearly 200 employees for its recently opened executive briefing center in Naperville.

Comcast will be adding 170 jobs in Naperville and giving customers more services with the addition of a new facility within the city.

The company held a ribbon-cutting Tuesday at its new executive briefing center, 1415 W. Diehl Rd., which is part of a larger facility the company opened last year that also houses customer support services, according to Comcast.

Currently, the facility has about 230 employees and plans are underway to hire an additional 170 this year for a total of 400, according to Comcast.

“With an educated workforce, convenient location, and array of services, Naperville is a great place to do business,” said Mayor A. George Pradel in a release. “We are proud that Comcast chose Naperville as the location for its executive briefing center, and we welcome its 400 employees.”

Comcast also announced plans to expand its fiber network in the Chicago area, including the Willis Tower as well as throughout the I-90 and I-88 corridors.
