Experience Our Tradition At JCA

Joliet Catholic Academy will be holding its annual Step-Up Day on Friday, Nov. 4.

Our tradition can be your tradition.

Experience the tradition that is Joliet Catholic Academy as the college preparatory high school for boys and girls hosts its annual Step-Up Day on Friday, Nov. 4, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

JCA’s step-up day allows eighth-grade students to be assigned to a homeroom and move through the day by attending mini-classes that showcase such areas as Language Arts, History, Mathematics, Science, Theology and the Fine Arts.

Future Angels and Hillmen will have the opportunity to tour JCA’s state-of-the-art computer lab and receive a free lunch served by the famous “Captain Bob” and our cafeteria staff.

The day’s agenda also allows eighth-grade students to check out JCA’s 50 clubs, organizations, honor societies and sports teams and ask questions of moderators and our state championship-caliber coaching staff. The day will end with an official high school pep assembly.
