I'm counting down the days to Roger Hodgson's show on July 5! Over the past year, I've seen a handful of his shows and from the first moment, Roger and his band pull you in and fully grasp you heart and soul for a winding musical journey that stays with you forever. Roger composed most of Supertramp's greatest hits that still continue to guide us in our lives... Give a Little Bit, The Logical Song, Dreamer, Take the Long Way Home, Fool's Overture, Breakfast in America... and that only touches the surface of his timeless repertoire. And: you will be astonished in the way Roger performs, from his own heart and soul to your very own, where all of your memories associated with his songs come flooding back and looking around you, it's instantly realized we're all in this same boat together with so much more in common than we understood before the night began. I loved reading the Backstage Pass insights on his official Facebook page, it's very moving to read everyone's comments on how Roger's music has touched their lives - http://www.facebook.com/RogerHodgson.

This sums it up for me: "To see and hear Roger Hodgson in concert today is not simply to experience a sort of musical homecoming. It is also the only real way to hear some of the most beloved songs ever sung as they were meant to be sung by the man who first brought them to life, and to all of our lives too." ~ David Wild, Contributing Editor, Rolling Stone. Just saw Roger live in Milwaukee and all I can say is WOW! I felt so much emotion when he sang, Lord is it Mine and can't wait to hear it again. I already bought my tickets for Ribfest and I am taking all my family and friends with me.

I'm with you two. I just saw Roger in Milwaukee and everyone in the place was on their feet and Rocking. I can't wait to see him in this "festival" environment. I see him every chance I get and one of the things I love most is seeing younger people (teens, 20's) experiencing Roger for the first time. It's like they are hearing music for the first time! His music truly is timeless! I just wish more people linked his name to his music. So often I hear people say, "I had no idea that was Roger Hodgson! I love his music!" See you at Ribfestnaperville!

It is a pleasure to hear the songs live for those who has composed! beautiful songs that led to fame band Supertramp. Thanks Roger Hodgson, today is fantastic to hear those beautiful's classic's by the author of the same in your Breakfast Around the World Tour 2014, and the spectacular songs you've composed your solo career, that's where your essence. An indescribable moment, quality and your voice, all improved over the years. I have had the good fortune to attend several concerts of Roger Hodgson in different countries, to listen to their music for 35 years. For me, trying to explain all this in a few words is not easy, since feelings and emotions run deep. I can only say that if you want to know the real meaning of as you can “convey happiness”, you go to see one of their concerts. Roger’s connection with his audience during this time, it becomes almost individually, in the amount of feelings and emotions that arise in each person individually fastened, which reflects, as the talent of a great artist in the history of music , comes to provide a full repertoire of hits that cross the border of timelessness, and their music is still as valid as in the years that appeared on the market, continues to transmit times hard to forget, reaching the depths of the heart of each person, from the same place from where you have composed these songs. Enjoy one of the great magical moments in your life, is a great opportunity to be in a moment you’ll never forget and that will bring you great positive feelings.
