The BoDeans, Foghat and former Supertramp lead singer Roger Hodgson are among the headliners of this year's Naperville Ribfest.

Roots-rock band the BoDeans, which is based in Milwaukee, plays Thursday, July 3, at 8 p.m., according to the Ribfest website.

“We are excited to bring a band of this caliber to Ribfest and the Naperville area,” 2014 Ribfest Chair Dan Deboo said in a press release. “The BoDeans have produced so many great rock songs that have become standards. We are looking forward to an evening of all American rock music.”

Friday night features a lineup of three up-and-coming country acts, including singer/songwriter duo Love and Theft, country/rock/pop singer Brynn Marie and The Henningsens, known for their hit debut "American Beautiful."

"These three bands, on the same stage on July 4th is a great way to celebrate our country’s birthday!" Ribfest Entertainment committee Matt Kaley said in a release. "We are looking forward to it and so should you!"

Former Supertramp lead singer Roger Hodgson takes the stage Saturday, July 5, followed by three acts on Sunday, July 6: George Thorogood and The Destroyers, Blue Oyster Cult and Foghat.

"This is a unique opportunity to see three great rock & roll bands that will provide five hours of continuous music. Just how we wanted to end Ribfest!" said Ribfest Marketing and PR chair Don Emery.

Ribfest takes place from July 3-6 in Knoch Park and includes not just ribs and music but also carnival rides, family activities and more. All proceeds go to the Naperville Exchange Club, which works toward the prevention and elemination of child abuse and domestic violence.
